Case studies
~ $ ls work/
# written as man pages: click one, or type man experiments below
Moved a storefront’s A/B tests from separate deployed copies of the site to feature-flag experiments, so a new test is a config change and every order records the variant it came from.
Leading the merge of two storefronts that had forked from the same app into one shared codebase, where each feature is written once.
A front-end audit, race-condition fixes in the sign-up funnel, error monitoring that only alerts when something is really wrong, and an end-to-end checkout test.
